The Role

As a Behaviour Therapist you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality behaviour therapy for children, adolescents, and adults with disability.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering behaviour therapy aligned with Positive Behaviour Support principles
- Conducting behavioural assessments and contributing to behaviour support plans
- Implementing and reviewing interventions in line with NDIS requirements
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Communicating professionally with families, schools, and other stakeholders

Support & Work Environment

Clinicians are supported through:

- Regular clinical supervision from Team Leaders and the Clinical Director

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Education:

- Bachelor Degree (Required)

Experience:

- Behaviour Therapist: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (Required)
- Working with Children Check (Required)
- NDIS Worker Screener Check (Required)
- First Aid/CPR (Required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Liverpool NSW
