We're looking for an experienced and motivated Catering Front of House Manager to lead our Catering FOH team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about developing people, creating a positive team culture and delivering exceptional customer service every day.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coach and support your team, uphold high service standards and ensure every member and guest enjoys a welcoming, professional experience.

- The ability to remain calm,



adaptable and solutions-focused.
- Current RSA or willingness to obtain.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, coach and develop the Catering Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture built on respect, accountability and collaboration.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Catering Front of House department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Work closely with the Executive Catering Team, Events Team and managers across the Club to achieve shared goals and deliver an outstanding member experience.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, food safety and compliance.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members.
- Monitor staffing requirements and work collaboratively to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Identify opportunities to improve service standards, operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.
