The Opportunity

We are seeking a Presales Coordinator to join our growing business in our Unanderra office. Working as part of a close-knit team, the successful applicant will work closely with external senior stakeholders across education and government. On a day-to-day basis you will manage a portfolio of live construction sales opportunities from initial client contact through to submission, tracking outcomes once decisions are made.

You will coordinate compliant, engaging, and client-focused proposals, tenders, and presentations that support project sales, while building strong client relationships and interpreting client needs throughout the process. You will work closely with our internal designers, estimators, and the wider sales team to pull together the information needed to win work and continuously improve future submissions.

Skills & Experiences

We are seeking someone with:

- 2+ years' experience in administration/coordination ideally from within a sales environment or as a Proposal, Presale, Tender or Bid Coordinator or similar client-facing project role
- Demonstrated project and documentation coordination skills, tender/bid submission exposure advantageous
- A basic, practical understanding of construction projects to engage confidently with clients and internal teams on project requirements




- Experience using a CRM to manage a pipeline of live opportunities - Hub Spot preferred but not essential
- Ability to manage multiple live opportunities, prioritise competing deadlines and work autonomously to meet them
- Confidence interpreting client requirements, including ambiguous/undefined briefs
- Experience turning images, notes, and costings into well laid out documents that sell solutions. Exposure to InDesign or Panda Doc highly regarded but not essential
- Working understanding of tender conditions and procurement processes, or willingness to build this knowledge
- Experience to tracking outcomes and feeding learnings back into future work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and consistent quality of work, even under pressure
