- Key requirements: proven travel consultancy experience combined with robust customer service and sales capabilities, in a client facing travel agency role.
- Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually with potential earnings often reaching $85,000 to $100,000.
- Location: Wollongong, Illawarra & South Coast NSW

Key Responsibilities

- Develop customised travel itineraries tailored to client preferences.
- Provide attentive customer service and timely responses to enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Manage bookings for a variety of leisure travel options, including cruises and tours.
- Operate industry-standard travel booking systems and assist with system transitions.
- Achieve sales targets by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in client interactions, including handling refunds.
