About the Role

As a Restocker, you'll be the face of Stock Locker, visiting customer sites to ensure our inventory management systems are fully stocked, operating efficiently, and delivering value to our customers.

You'll enjoy a mix of customer service, problem-solving, driving, and hands-on work, with full training provided on our machines and product range.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Installing recent machines at customer sites and providing user training
- Delivering outstanding customer service by answering questions and building strong customer relationships
- Picking customer orders accurately, delivering orders, and replenishing vending machines
- Inspecting machines,



identifying basic faults, and troubleshooting if required
- Planning your daily route to maximise efficiency and ensure excellent service
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring company vehicles and equipment are presented professionally

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and has a practical, hands-on approach.

You'll ideally have:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
- A current C Class driver's license
- Current forklift license highly desirable
- Knowledge of safety or industrial products (desirable but not essential)
