We are seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Cook to join our culinary team in Wetherill Park, Australia. - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and customer orders
- Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated to maintain freshness
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a cook in a commercial kitchen setting
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Current food safety and hygiene certification
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
