What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing and growing customer relationships through proven strategies that drive retention, satisfaction and sales growth
- Handling customer service requests through Salesforce CRM
- Achieving first‑call resolution to maximise efficiency and keep customers smiling




- Processing pricing queries and escalating for compliance and approval
- Investigating, logging and resolving customer complaints to ensure positive outcomes
- Monitoring and recording inbound and outbound call and email activity

About You

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- Proven ability to manage complaints and resolve customer issues effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Salesforce CRM experience is a bonus — not essential
- Intermediate Excel skills
