Caves Coastal Physiotherapy is looking for a friendly, genuine and confident physiotherapist to join our growing coastal clinic team in the beautiful Caves Beach in Lake Macquarie!

We are a relaxed, community-focused clinic that values quality patient care, honest communication and work-life balance over rushed appointments and KPI pressure.

This role would suit a physiotherapist with at least 1 year of experience who enjoys building strong rapport with patients and wants to work in a supportive, down-to-earth environment.

This adaptable casual position has the potential to grow into a permanent part-time/full-time role and offers the opportunity to work in a growing local community clinic.

About the Role/ What we offer:

- Immediate start available
- Casual position - opportunity to transition into a a permanent part time/full time role in future.
- Competitive salary ($45-$60/hr depending on experience)
- Professional development and yearly CPD allowance provided (on discussion)
- Caseload: Varied - MSK predominance, acute/chronic sporting injuries, post op rehab, women's health, workers compensation, NDIS, occasionally aged care home visit patients.

- Treatment bed, desk and clinic resources supplied
- Gym and exercise space also available for use for patient rehabilitation
