What You Can Expect

Leading a team of Loan Set Representatives you will be responsible for managing the performance and output of the Inbound and Outbound Loan Set team on a rotational basis. Taking a “hands on” approach to this role, you will be across all aspects of Loan Set representatives’ position on a day to day basis.

What You Will Do

- Lead and manage the performance and output of the Inbound and/or Outbound Loan Set team on a rotational basis.
- Perform key tasks of Loan Set representative on a day to day basis.
- Direct the performance of key tasks within SA Loan Sets.




- Create and implement preventative steps to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
- Recruit, develop and coach team members within the team.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Lead the resolution of customer problems, including visiting customers where required.
- Special projects and tasks as may arise from time to time.
- Assist with the implementation of the Operations Strategy for SA.

What Makes You Stand Out

- Previous Loan Sets experience, or a seasoned Logistics & Supply Chain professional
- SAP, RF Scanning & Barcoding experience will be advantageous
- Process driven, ability to problem solve and high attention to detail
- Preferably demonstrated leadership experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Working additional hours as may be required to ensure business objectives are met

Your Background

- Minimum High School Certificate (or equivalent educational level to support numerical and written criteria of the position).
- Relevant industry experience
- Preferably demonstrated leadership experience

Travel Expectations

- Minimal travel required approximately 0 - 5%
