About the Role

As a Manufacturing & Dispatch Team Member, you'll play an significant role in producing, packing and dispatching our high-quality feed products to customers across Tasmania. This is a hands-on position that offers variety, with opportunities to learn multiple areas of our manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacturing, bagging and packing animal feed products.
- Preparing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining high product quality standards.
- Working safely and following all workplace health and safety procedures.




- Assisting across different areas of production and dispatch as required.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
- Demonstrating reliability, initiative and a strong work ethic.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Takes pride in producing quality work.
- Is adaptable and able to work across a variety of tasks.
- Is physically capable of manual handling, including lifting and stacking bags of feed.
- Holds a current forklift licence (highly regarded but not essential).

Experience

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing or dispatch is an advantage but not essential. We are happy to train someone with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
