We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a major enterprise transformation program on behalf of one of our clients.
This role will suit a strategic thinker who can work across business and delivery teams to identify opportunities, define product direction, prioritise initiatives and drive outcomes that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery and solution refinement activities.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business objectives into achievable product outcomes.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, technical and delivery teams.
- Support multidisciplinary teams to deliver outcomes in complex environments.
- Monitor progress, manage risks and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Use data, evidence and user insights to inform decision-making.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps and backlogs.
- Ability to balance business priorities, user needs and technical considerations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of technology, systems and data concepts.
Contract Details
- Initial term to February 2028
