Educational Leader – Prahran, VIC

Busy Bees is a leading global early learning provider offering high‑quality education in purpose‑built centres. We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Busy Bees at Prahran, located at 2 Donald Street, Perth St, Prahran VIC 3181, on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

- Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality.
- Guide implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) across the centre.
- Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
- Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team.
- Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children.

Qualifications

- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
- Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards one).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Experience mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high‑quality programs.
- Confidence in curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.




- A genuine passion for quality early learning and supporting educator growth.
- Current Working with Children Check for VIC.
