We are seeking a passionate and skilled Transition Support Coach to join the North Adelaide State Secondary Schools' Alliance (NASSSA), working collaboratively across alliance schools to support students as they navigate key stages of their educational journey.

We’re looking for a passionate and capable Transition Support Coach to join our team from 17/08/2026 for a 12-month contract.

Working across participating schools, the Transition Support Coach plays a critical role in supporting students in Years 10, 11 and 12 through key educational and career transitions, helping them successfully engage, participate and achieve positive post-school outcomes.

What you will do:

- Provide targeted support to students who may be at risk of disengagement, require additional guidance, or benefit from personalised transition planning.
- Focus on building student aspirations, strengthening engagement in learning, developing employability skills and supporting successful pathways into further education.
- Work collaboratively with school leaders, wellbeing teams, career education staff, families, industry partners and community organisations to ensure eligible students have access to the opportunities, supports and connections required to achieve positive post-school pathways.
