About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Modern Indian Chef / Cook who can bring creativity, consistency, and efficiency to our kitchen.

This role is ideal for someone who understands traditional Indian flavours but can also present dishes with a modern twist.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (veg & non-veg)
- Bring modern presentation and creativity to traditional recipes
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
- Manage kitchen prep, stock, and ordering
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Assist in menu development and seasonal specials
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards

What We’re Looking For





- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or Cook
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, curries, tandoor (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for modern plating and presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Relevant qualifications (preferred but not essential with experience)
