- $55.47 per hour

About our client

WorkPac are seeking a Smelter Technician to join a 7/7 roster for South Australia's biggest long term mining operation.

What you will be doing

- Operates, monitors, and maintains high-temperature processing plants and reduction lines.
- Focuses on tasks like plant control, equipment testing, and safety compliance.
- Monitors melting furnaces, testing metal samples, and performing plant maintenance.

What you will need

- Previous experience is advantageous
- An uncompromising commitment to safety
- Willing to undergo on the job training
- LF forklift license- Preferred
