What You'll Be Doing

As a valued member of our Occupational Therapy Department, you'll provide evidence-based occupational therapy services across a variety of clinical areas while building your professional skills and confidence.

Occupational Therapy Assessment & Intervention —

Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions for hospital inpatients, ambulatory care clients, and residential aged care consumers, supporting individuals to achieve their goals and maximise independence.

Multidisciplinary Care —

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to coordinated care planning and positive health outcomes for clients across a range of settings.

Consumer-Centred Practice —

Provide person-centred care that recognises and respects the needs, preferences, goals, and abilities of clients, families, and carers.

Clinical Development & Learning —

Benefit from the guidance and support of senior clinicians, participating in supervision, professional development, and ongoing learning opportunities.

Service Improvement & Quality —

Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, professional practice standards, and the delivery of safe, effective, and contemporary occupational therapy services.

Teamwork & Collaboration —

Work closely with Occupational Therapists, an Allied Health Assistant, nursing staff, medical teams, and community partners to deliver excellent care and support positive client experiences.

What You Bring





- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent qualification)
- Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia through AHPRA
- Eligibility to work as an Occupational Therapist in Australia
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to person-centred practice and high-quality care
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Robust organisational and time management skills
- Enthusiasm for learning, professional development, and continuous improvement
- A positive attitude and commitment to contributing to a supportive team environment
