About the Client

Our client is a local government organisation responsible for maintaining high-quality public parks, gardens and streetscapes. They are seeking an experienced Arborist to support landscape development, installation and maintenance activities across the local community.

What you will be doing

As an Arborist you will be responsible for the below duties:

- Complete landscape planting and development works
- Maintain parks, gardens and streetscapes
- Operate horticultural tools and equipment
- Identify plants and trees for suitable use
- Follow landscape plans and safety procedures

What you will need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

- White Card
- Landscape or horticulture experience
- Knowledge of plant and tree identification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer, literacy and numeracy skills
