Our client is a well-established Queensland civil construction and haulage company with over 30 years of industry experience. Specialising in bulk earthworks, haulage and plant hire, they support major infrastructure, subdivision and commercial projects across South East Queensland. With a strong reputation for reliability, safety and quality, they are committed to delivering efficient solutions while providing long-term opportunities for skilled and motivated employees.

What you will be doing

As a HC Truck Driver you will be mainly operating Truck & Dog combinations. You will be working Monday - Friday, 9-10 hour days. You will be responsible for the below duties:

- Operating HC truck and dog combinations across civil construction and quarry sites
- Transporting soil, rock, quarry products, spoil and construction materials between project locations
- Completing daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Loading, securing and unloading materials in line with site and transport requirements
- Working safely within live construction environments and following traffic management plans
- Maintaining delivery dockets, load records and transport documentation
- Liaising with dispatch, supervisors and site personnel to coordinate deliveries

What you will need





To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

- HC Drivers Licence & experience driving
- Previous experience with truck and dog combos
- Experience working with quarry materials or hauling soil/rock
- Construction White Card
- Reliable transport
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work 8-10 hour days as required
