About the Client
Our Client is a reputable manufacturer based in Brendale, specialising in the production of high-quality concrete products. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and a supportive team environment, they are looking to expand their workforce with reliable and hardworking individuals. Due to growth, they are seeking multiple Production Labourers to join their team.

Hours for this role are 5am starts working up to 11 hour days Nonday Friday with some Saturdays

What you will be doing
As a Production Labourer you will be responsible for the below duties:

- Flipping concrete sleepers from molds (team lift repetitive and physically demanding)
- Manual handling of materials (up to 20kg)
- Stacking and preparing molds
- Operating the batch machine
- Cleaning molds using grinders and pressure washers
- Sweeping and maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- General labouring within the concrete yard

What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling




- Willingness to work in dirty and noisy environments
- Hardworking, reliable, and a team player
- Current Drivers Licence and reliable transport
