About Our Client

Our client manufactures heavy-duty buckets, attachments and components for earthmoving and construction equipment. They are a family-run business and pride themselves on operating with integrity and intelligence.

What you will be doing

They are currently seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join their team out of their workshop in Archerfield. The successful candidate will be required to work between 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, and be responsible for the following duties:

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication plans, and welding procedures
- Fabricate heavy steel buckets, attachments, and wear components for earthmoving and mining equipment
- Measure, mark, cut, shape, and prepare steel plate and structural components using fabrication equipment
- Perform MIG, FCAW, and arc welding to assemble heavy fabrication components to specification
- Carry out gouging, grinding, fitting, and finishing work to achieve required tolerances and quality standards
- Repair, modify, and refurbish worn buckets and attachments to extend service life

What you will need

- Reliable Transport




- Trade qualified in Fabrication (Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade)
- Construction white card
- Heavy fabrication and FCAW welding experience
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings
- Forklift and Overhead Crane tickets (desirable)
