About the Company
Our client is a well-established manufacturer of precast concrete products, supplying major commercial, civil and infrastructure projects throughout Queensland. They are committed to quality, safety and developing their workforce, providing employees with ongoing training and opportunities to progress within the business.

About the Role
Working as part of the production team, you'll be involved in the manufacture of high-quality precast concrete products.
Your duties will include:

- Preparing, assembling and cleaning precast moulds
- Assisting with concrete pours and finishing
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- General labouring and material handling
- Working alongside experienced concreters,



steel fixers and production staff
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Experience in construction, precast, manufacturing or a physically demanding labouring role
- Experience using hand and power tools
- A solid work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to perform manual work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transport and excellent attendance
- A commitment to working safely

Highly Desirable:

- Current Forklift Licence
- Previous precast or concrete manufacturing experience
- Experience working from drawings or production plans
