Passionate about hair and driven to grow a business? Sabre Haircare, a leading distributor of premium beauty brands to salons across Australia and New Zealand, is looking for a talented hairdresser who loves to teach and has the commercial instinct to build accounts and win new business.

This dual role represents Joico, Actyva and Hanz de Fuko across WA. One day you're running a colour workshop on the salon floor, the next you're managing key accounts and driving growth against monthly targets.

What you'll be doing

- Running workshops, seminars and in salon sessions, delivering colour, styling and product education

- Partnering with TAFEs and Registered Training Organisations

- Managing and growing existing accounts, and pursuing new business across your WA territory

- Hitting monthly targets across multiple brands, with the support of the Sales Director

- Travelling throughout Perth and regional WA, and sharing your work on social media

What we're looking for





- Qualified hairdresser with 4+ years' post apprenticeship experience and solid colour and styling skills

- A confident communicator who enjoys teaching, with genuine sales drive and the tenacity to hit targets

- Self motivated, adaptable and accountable, able to work autonomously

- Current driver's licence and vehicle, comfortable with Microsoft Office and social media
