RMS Engineering & Construction is seeking expressions of interest from experienced civil construction professionals for a major civil infrastructure project scheduled to commence in the Townsville region within the next 6–8 weeks.

As we prepare to mobilise for this significant project, we are looking to build a high-performing team of experienced professionals who are committed to delivering quality outcomes in a safe and collaborative workplace.

About You

To be considered, applicants must have demonstrated experience working on major civil infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines:

- Drainage

- Pavements

- Earthworks

Previous experience delivering projects for the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is essential.

The successful candidates will also demonstrate:

- A strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- The ability to work within a fast-paced project environment.

- Relevant qualifications,



licences and industry certifications applicable to the role.

- A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering project outcomes.

These are residential roles based in the Townsville region. Applicants must currently reside within the Townsville region or be genuinely relocating at their own arrangement. FIFO and DIDO arrangements are not available for these positions.
