We’re looking for a warm, organised and enthusiastic Full-Time Dental Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our practice.

Wallan is conveniently located just a short drive from Kilmore, Broadford, Craigieburn, Mernda and Doreen.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients and providing exceptional customer service

- Managing appointments and the appointment schedule

- Answering telephone and email enquiries

- Processing payments (EFTPOS, HICAPS, Afterpay and ZipPay)

- Updating patient records using EXACT software

- Coordinating with our dentists, hygienists and clinical team

- Helping create a positive experience for every patient

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Organised with outstanding attention to detail

* Able to multitask in a busy environment

* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

* A team player with a positive attitude

Previous dental reception experience is highly regarded.

Experience with EXACT software is preferred, however full training will be provided for the right applicant.
