Shanes Trees is a forward thinking Arboriculture company. Operating in the Sutherland Shire and Illawarra region for over 30 years. Due to increasing demand, we are looking for the best of the best when it comes to our crew.

We take pride in our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction and we aim to consistently be the safest and most productive arborist company with a passion for training the next generation.

Every day is different as we service local government and council, the rail corridor, residential clients, commercial contracts such as street and road clearing, bushfire clean up and storm/insurance work.

About the roles
We are currently seeking crew members to join in a range of positions. You will be motivated, reliable and willing to embrace new skill sets where required. Your interpersonal and customer relation skills must be of a high standard.

- Arborist - Full-time or Casual
- Grounds person - Full-time or Casual
- HR Truck Driver -Full-time or Casual

You will be involved in all round general Arborist duties which will include some of or all of the following roles:

- Chainsaw Operation
- Dragging branches and feeding the chipper
- EWP operation (advantage but not necessary)
- Truck Driving (Highly regarded)




- Ground rigging and rope work
- Climbing work

Skills & experience

- Minimum 1-2 years industry experience
- White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Level 2 or 3 in Arboriculture (or international equivalent)
- MR or HR Licence
- First aid certificate
