About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Factory Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a current HR (Heavy Rigid) Truck Licence and a valid Forklift Licence, be willing to perform a wide range of tasks across factory operations, including warehousing, loading/unloading, general labouring, and deliveries. Probation 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate forklifts to move materials and goods / load & unload trucks

- Perform general factory duties including cleaning, packing, and assembly work

- Drive company HR truck for deliveries or pickups as required

- Assist tradesmen and other departments as needed

- Cleaning of stainless-steel tanks and pipe work etc after manufacture

- Mow lawns, maintain gardens and yard area

- General factory maintenance

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment





- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements:

- Valid HR Truck Licence (Heavy Rigid)

- Valid Forklift Licence (LF)

- Previous experience in a warehouse or factory workplace (preferred)

- Good physical fitness – able to lift, move, and work on your feet

- Reliable and punctual

- Able to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team

Desirable:

- Experience operating additional machinery (e.g. pallet jacks, power tools)

- Basic mechanical or assembly knowledge an advantage
