Star Training and Assessing is a Nationally Accredited Registered Training Organisation, (RTO No 21830), offering a wide range of industry focused courses and services to individuals and organisations throughout Australia. Established in 2006, the business specialises in the Building, Civil, Warehousing and Construction industries, and has substantially extended its scope of registration since its inception.

We currently have opportunities in Regional Western Australia to provide specialised civil and construction Training and Assessment.

This position will predominantly involve in office Training, as well as occasional classroom Training.

Competency to deliver additional units on our scope will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging face to face training sessions in accordance with the RTO's 2025 standards and guidelines

- Deliver engaging, practical and industry relevant training

- Maintain accurate training records and documentation

- Provide support and guidance to students through quality training, assessment and feedback





- Assess and support student competency

- Keep current with industry practices, legislation, equipment updates and best practice

Requirements to be successful:

- Certificate IV TAE40116 in Training and Assessment or equivalent

- Current and valid Licences

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong Computer Literatacy

- A ‘can do attitude’ and passion toward their work

- A current Driver’s Licence
