Your Role

As an I&I; Building Inspector, you’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, partnering closely with the Division Manager and collaborating across all levels of the business.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring construction quality and compliance, with your decisions directly impacting project outcomes and broader business performance.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct Practical Completion Inspections (PCI)





- Perform structural inspections throughout construction, including:

- Ground slab mesh prior to pour

- Timber wall frames and trusses

- Brickwork and Roof frames

- Suspended slabs pre-pour

- Wet area waterproofing

- Roof sheeting

- Complete dilapidation surveys and structural pre-purchase inspections

- Produce clear, high-quality reports and recommendations

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience in construction or building inspection (Registered Builder preferred)

- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a high-performing team.

- Strong knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team

- Capability to mentor and support others

- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
