Employment Options
Casual Employment
Tradespeople
- $72.00/hr Flat Rate (Weekdays)
- $77.00/hr Flat Rate (Nights & Weekends)
- Option to work under the applicable penalty-rate agreement if preferred
Maximum Term Employment – 4/3 Roster
Tradespeople
- $65.00/hr Day Shift
- $70.00/hr Night Shift
- Additional out-of-roster work paid at applicable overtime rates

- CHPP shutdowns and maintenance
- Conveyor inspections and repairs
- Structural repairs and upgrades
- Fixed plant maintenance
- Component change-outs
- Planned maintenance across CHPPs,
Draglines and Shovels
