Your Role
As a part-time Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing supplies that are vital to Army capability. You’ll get involved in a huge range of tasks from stores accounting to the handling, storage and distribution of a range of vital equipment.
You will receive ongoing training to master a variety of logistical equipment and machinery, and gain skills in inventory management and general logistics that you can take back to your civilian career.

The pay you receive in the Army Reserve goes straight into your pocket with no deductions for tax, and it increases as you gain seniority and experience.
On completion of your initial military and employment training, you could earn at least $216/day tax-free.
Additional amounts are paid for time spent on exercises and deployments.
Location
You will train for 3 weeks in Wagga Wagga, NSW. Following your training, you will be posted to an Army unit close to where you live.
Eligibility:
For this role, you must:
- Be at least 17 years of age when you enter the ADF
- Hold at least a current learners licence and have a current provisional/probationary driver’s licence at the time of enlistment
- Have completed an Australian Year 10 education (or equivalent) with passes in English and Mathematics
- Be an Australian citizen. If you are not an Australian Citizen you may still be eligible to join the ADF if you meet certain criteria, please visit the ADF Careers Eligibility Page for more details
- Be reasonably fit and healthy. Keeping fit is a big part of joining the ADF. You’ll need to pass a physical fitness test before you join, but don’t worry, we'll give you tips to help you prepare
- Be able to successfully obtain a security clearance
