IGHC is a well‑established and rapidly expanding grain export business with strong grower relationships in Western Australia, and a growing footprint offshore. We are seeking a capable, motivated individual to join our team in a broad commercial role spanning accumulation, trade, logistics execution, and customer engagement.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid‑moving environment, enjoys working directly with growers and buyers, and wants exposure to both domestic and international grain markets.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on, multi‑disciplinary role supporting IGHC’s expanding container export program and domestic supply operations. The successful candidate will work across:

- Grain accumulation & grower engagement
Building relationships with growers, sourcing grain, understanding production cycles, and supporting seasonal procurement.

- Trade & commercial activities
Assisting with pricing, contracting, market analysis, and supporting both domestic and export sales.

- Execution & logistics coordination
Managing receivals, bookings, documentation, packing schedules,



and ensuring smooth execution from farm gate to customer delivery.

- Customer & supplier communication
Liaising with growers, packers, transport partners, and international buyers to maintain IGHC’s reputation for reliability and service.

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, commercial awareness, and a willingness to learn. While deep technical knowledge of coarse grains, pulses, and oilseeds is beneficial, it is not immediately required — the right attitude and willingness to grow into the role matters more.
