Spectra Recruitment Pty Ltd is currently seeking multiple staff to join a busy stores environment for our fast-paced manufacturing client based in Stapylton. These temp-to-perm roles have become available due to ongoing growth in the production areas.

About Your Current Company
This client is located just off the Pacific Motorway in Stapylton. They are a known manufacturing company that produces steel products for companies located all around the world including the United States, South Africa, Thailand, Japan, New Caledonia, New Zealand, and other Pacific Rim nations. The company currently has two production premises at Stapylton in Queensland. Their premises are equipped with modern machinery and equipment to facilitate the production of superior quality products, in high quantities, to meet the demand of any market. There is always room for growth working for this company and the facilities available are amazing including an on-site cafe which has a chef, if you aren't wanting to eat on-site there are so many food outlets available within 5 minutes of the warehouse.

Your New Role
Reporting to the production team leaders, you will be set with various different tasks including the following:





- Picking and packing nuts and bolts (placing multiple parts from a pick list into boxes and labelling).
- Compacting trays into flatpacks / use of heat shrink gun.
- Packing for spare parts.
- Making up kits – making boxes, packaging, collecting parts, using step ladders, wrapping individually.

Who Are You
You are someone who isn't afraid of work, you are a team player and someone who can follow directions well. You will also have the following experience:

- Manufacturing experience.
- Pick Packing (Nuts and Bolts).
- Mechanically minded.
- Heat Shrink Gun (Desirable).
- Constructing Flat Packs (Desirable).
- Forklift Licence - desirable

Available Shifts and Rates
We are currently seeking superstars for the following shifts:

- AM- 6am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri): $36.79 per hour plus penalties
- PM- 3:30pm-1am (Mon-Fri): $44.15 per hour plus penalties
