An exciting opportunity has become available to lead their concession at Pacific Fair.

About the Role

As Concession Manager, you'll take ownership of a high-profile premium fashion concession, leading from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales performance.

You'll coach and develop your team, create a high-performance culture, and ensure the concession consistently delivers outstanding visual standards and operational excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who loves styling customers, building lasting relationships, and achieving strong commercial results.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience leading a retail team as a Concession Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, or Supervisor
- A passion for premium fashion and delivering personalised customer experiences
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams




- Strong commercial acumen with a history of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High standards of presentation and professionalism
