About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at Homestead Residential Aged Care Service in Nerang.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate hospitality services including catering, kitchen operations, cleaning and laundry to ensure residents receive nutritious meals and a safe, welcoming environment.

About The Role

As Hospitality Team Leader, you will:

Coordinate meal preparation and ensure menus meet residents’ dietary requirementsOversee kitchen, laundry and cleaning operations in line with regulatory standardsManage stock ordering, rotation and quality controlSupport compliance with food safety and aged care accreditation standardsLead and support hospitality staff and volunteersMaintain a high standard of service delivery for residents and staff

This role is responsible for coordinating hospitality services while supporting the broader residential aged care team.

About You

You will ideally have:





Chef trade qualification or equivalent hospitality experienceExperience in catering and hospitality operationsKnowledge of food safety and regulatory standardsLeadership or team coordination experienceStrong communication and organisational skillsFull working rights (no sponsorship available) National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
