We are looking to employ an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our sales team in a CUSTOMER SALES SUPPORT role. The position is available at our Coolum warehouse facility.

This role is crucial to our organisation as you are the link between our on site, high quality manufacturing operations and our crucially important customer base. We are keen to employ someone who can hit the ground running, who possesses the ability to pick things up quickly and who can become a critical part of our Customer Support team. The role consists of talking with customers, answering their questions, clarifying their orders, entering Sales Orders, and assisting in Administration functions as necessary.

In order to assist you to excel in this role a period of internal training will be provided.

We utilise the PRONTO-Xi software throughout our company, so any exposure to Pronto would be an advantage. Previous experience within the hardware industry would also be an advantage, however it is not necessary.
