We're looking for an experienced Building Manager to manage a premium residential strata building in Canberra.
About the Role
Reporting to the Facilities Management Director, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the building, ensuring it is safe, well-maintained, compliant, and operating to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage building maintenance and preventative worksCoordinate contractors and service providersBuild solid relationships with residents and the Strata CommitteeEnsure WHS, fire safety, and statutory complianceMonitor budgets, process invoices,



and obtain quotationsPrepare monthly reports and maintain building recordsRespond to emergencies and oversee building presentation
About You
You'll have:
At least 3 years' Building or Facilities Management experienceStrong knowledge of residential strata operationsExcellent communication and organisational skillsExperience managing contractors and maintenance programsSound understanding of WHS and compliance requirementsA proactive, hands-on approach with a strong customer service focus
