About the Role

As part of our management team, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while leading, coaching and developing your team.

You’ll help create a positive culture, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure the restaurant consistently operates to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and developing team members
- Creating a positive, high-performance culture
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Managing shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Assisting with rostering, labour and cost control
- Maintaining food safety, WHS and compliance standards
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Leading by example during busy service periods

About You





We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in developing people.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous leadership or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurants
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to motivate others
- A hands-on approach and willingness to help wherever needed
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A focus on customer service, quality and teamwork
- Flexible availability, including weekends
