The Role
- Lead day-to-day site operations across major civil projects
- Manage supervisors, subcontractors and direct labour
- Drive programme, safety, quality and productivity outcomes
- Coordinate multiple work fronts and stakeholders
- Report directly to senior project leadership teams





About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor within civil infrastructure
- Strong background in roads, rail, bridges, utilities, earthworks or major infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to manage large workforces and subcontractors
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Looking for a long-term move to South East Queensland
