The role:

We’re currently seeking Civil Labourers and Plant Operators to join our crew on upcoming and ongoing projects in the Townsville region. These roles are ideal for reliable, safety-focused people who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a supportive team.

You everyday:

Labourers:

General labouring duties as directed by your SupervisorFollowing instructions and working collaboratively with the crewAdhering to all company OHS&E; policies and proceduresUsing basic hand tools and maintaining tools/equipmentStringline and grade checking / assisting with levelsAssisting with survey set outsReading and using measurement toolsParticipating in toolbox talks and pre-startsIdentifying hazards and reporting safety concerns immediatelyWearing appropriate PPE and site-ready workwear at all times

Plant Operators:

Operate light to medium machinery (depending on tickets/experience)Conduct basic pre-start checks and maintain equipmentWork safely around other plant, services, and personnelSupport the crew with trimming, backfilling, loading, and general site tasks

Who are you?

strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliabilityAbility to follow direction and work safely as part of a teamConstruction/civil experience (highly regarded but not essential for labourers)Strong safety awareness and ability to identify hazardsGood communication and punctualityWhite Card (required) Relevant plant tickets (if applying as an operator) Driver’s licence and reliable transport (highly regarded)
