B Walling System Pty Ltd is a leading construction company specialising in Hebel Installation, External Cladding, Lightweight Cladding, Blueboard, Foam Systems, Solid Plaster, Acrylic Render, Texture Coating and Residential & Commercial Painting.

Positions Available
- Team Leader / Site Supervisor
- Apprentice (No Experience Required – Full Training Provided)
- Hebel Installers
- Cladding Installers
- Renderers
- Solid Plasterers
- Texture Coaters
- Painters (Internal & External)
Key Duties
- Install Hebel and lightweight cladding systems.
- Complete rendering, solid plaster and texture coating to a high standard.
- Carry out internal and external painting works.
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate site activities (Team Leader role).
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
- Work professionally with builders, clients and other trades.
- Operate company tools and equipment responsibly.
- Drive company manual utility vehicles to and from job sites where required.
Essential Requirements
- White Card (Essential)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to drive a manual utility vehicle (essential)
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Positive attitude with attention to detail
- Experience preferred for qualified trades and supervisory positions
