Role Description:The Education & Visa Support Officer is a part time, on-site role based in Perth, WA. This role involves providing day-to-day support to clients by explaining education options, assisting with course and institution applications, and guiding them through relevant visa requirements and documentation.
The officer responds to client inquiries in person, by phone, and via email, maintaining accurate records and updating client files in internal systems. The position includes reviewing documents for completeness, coordinating with education providers and migration advisors, and ensuring all advice aligns with current regulations and organizational policies. The officer also contributes to improving service processes,



supports office administration tasks related to client cases, and participates in team meetings and training to stay informed about changes in education and visa frameworks.
