About the role:

We are seeking a well presented, highly motivated go-getter who will use their knowledge, client focus, drive and enthusiasm to connect people with property, all the while building a fulfilling long term residential real estate sales career. The successful applicant will be required to:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and related professionals

- Conduct property appraisals

- List and sell residential properties

- Conduct property inspections with prospective buyers

- Manage property marketing campaigns

- Provide exceptional communication to clients

- Prospect for new listing opportunities

- Manage the sales transaction from start to finish with the assistance of dedicated sales support staff

- Continuously educate yourself on the local real estate market and stay informed about industry trends

- Utilise technology and other tools to generate leads & stay organised

About you:

We are looking for an honest, experienced, disciplined and motivated sales consultant, preferably with a strong community network in the south-east corridor of Perth.



The successful candidate will also require:

- A current Certificate of Registration

- Experience in the real estate industry in a sales role

- A proven ability to connect with people from different cultures within our local marketplace, including the ability to speak relevant languages other than English

- A current WA driver's license and reliable vehicle

- A hunger for delivering great results through outstanding customer service

- A proactive approach to prospecting, utilising different forms of media

- The ability to work as part of a fast paced, results driven team and contribute recent ideas
