About the Role

You'll be an important part of creating the welcoming, vibrant atmosphere Oceane Hotel is known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering exceptional customer service with confidence and personality.

- Preparing and serving beverages efficiently and accurately.

- Taking food and beverage orders using our POS system.

- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented venue.

- Working collaboratively with our bar, kitchen and management teams.

- Ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance.

- Creating memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking people who:





- Have previous experience in hospitality (preferred but not essential).

- Have a current NSW RSA Certificate.

- Love working with people and providing outstanding customer service.

- Have excellent communication skills.

- Are reliable, punctual and well presented.

- Can work efficiently under pressure.

- Enjoy working as part of a professional team.

- Are available to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Cocktail knowledge, wine experience and barista skills are highly regarded but not essential.
