About the Role
You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 115 properties, focusing on:
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing arrears and rent reviews
- Management agreement renewals
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Working closely with your dedicated Assistant to maintain a high-performing portfolio
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Currently registered in WA as a Property Manager
- Experienced in residential Property Management
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- A confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working closely with clients
- A supportive team player who enjoys mentoring and collaborating with an Assistant
- Professional, reliable and committed to delivering exceptional results
- Looking to grow your career within a supportive, high-performing organisation
