Working within our Community Cricket team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Aboriginal Cricket programs and initiatives that create positive, inclusive and culturally safe experiences.

This is a fixed term part-time (0.8 FTE) role offered to 30 June 2027.

How you’ll make an impact

- Assist with tournament operations, logistics, participant engagement and event coordination across Aboriginal Cricket programs.

- Provide field support and contribute to program evaluations and reporting requirements.

- Support the delivery and administration of training sessions, cultural learning activities and player development opportunities.

- Assist participant engagement and program delivery along with event coordination across Aboriginal Cricket programs.

- Book and manage access to facilities, meeting rooms and training venues to support both practical and cultural program delivery.

- Prepare and contribute to monthly reporting on program activities, participation outcomes and key achievements.

- Support community cricket activations at marquee events, including BBL and WBBL fixtures and aligned events, to strengthen club connection, maximise participation and promote community engagement.

- This role requires occasional travel to regional locations to support business operations, stakeholder engagement and onsite programs and activities

- Experience delivering sport, recreation, community or event programs.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- A proactive approach and strong work ethic.

- Highly developed interpersonal skills and proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships.





- Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds

- An understanding of community cricket or other sports

- Current Working with Children Check.

- Current ‘C’ Class driver’s licence.
