We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced barista to join the team at Kwik Koffee Drive-Thru in Rockingham. If you have a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love interacting with customers, we’d love to hear from you!

We start brewing amazing coffee from 5am weekdays, so we require someone who is available for early starts. As a casual position, this would suit someone who is not looking for a large number of hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and serving a variety of espresso-based beverages with consistency and precision.

• Engaging with customers to ensure an exceptional drive-thru experience.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the coffee prep areas.





• Stocking and managing inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain a loyal customer base.

Key Skills:

1. Proven coffee-making experience, particularly in high-volume settings.

2. Robust communication and customer service skills.

3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced drive-thru environment.
