Precise is seeking a motivated Service Adviser to join our busy Mackay Workshop for an immediate start.
Accurate are a Car, Truck & Earthmoving Repair & Compliance Company. We provide quality services to mining, lease and local operators. With a recent increase in workload and now having maintenance contracts in place, we require the following:
- Full Time Service Advisor
Role and Responsibilities
- Office duties and customer service - front desk role
- Take bookings, processing repair orders, quotes and invoicing
- Liaise with both customers and technicians in regard to servicing and repairs
- Processing mine site inspection and roadworthy paperwork
Preferred Skills
- Motor vehicle industry experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience in sales or service industry
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and communication is the key
