About the Role – Risk management Specialist

Risk management Specialists minimise uncertainty and strengthen project resilience across complex infrastructure programs for our clients.



You will lead risk identification workshops; maintain and update project risk registers; analyse, quantify, and prioritise risks; develop and track mitigation strategies; prepare risk reports for management and governance bodies; and facilitate risk review meetings.

Your work ensures risks are visible, understood, and proactively managed throughout all phases of project delivery.

About You

Essential:

- Tertiary qualification in a relevant area or equivalent industry experience

- Excellent technical skills in risk identification, analysis, and reporting

- Strong writing skills, including the communication of technical information in plain English

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Ability to build relationships and liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders

- Flexibility, willingness to learn new processes and skills, and the capability to work independently
