About the Role
As our Diamond / Sales Consultant, you will be offering top-tier service and creating a warm, memorable experience for every customer. Whether it’s an engagement ring, anniversary gift, or “just because” moment, you’ll be helping customers mark milestones in style.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide clients through their jewellery journey with expertise, care, and genuine enthusiasm

- Assist with custom designs and bespoke orders in our private diamond room

- Maintain a beautiful showroom presentation

- Book in customer repairs

- Contribute to a positive team culture and deliver a luxury-level experience

What We’re Looking For

- Retail/customer service experience (jewellery experience is a plus)

- Strong communication and people skills





- A genuine passion for fine jewellery

- Attention to detail and pride in presentation

- Reliable and flexible with availability (including weekends)

- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team
