As registered builders and licensed electrical, plumbing, and gas fitting contractors, we deliver high-quality minor works, maintenance, and project solutions to government and commercial clients.

Based in Osborne Park, we're looking for an experienced Projects Manager to join our high-performing and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, overseeing every stage from planning through to successful completion.

You'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, supervisors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the successful delivery of minor works and construction projects from planning through to completion.

- Manage project programs, resources, subcontractors, and supervisors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular project updates and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, variations, and invoicing to ensure commercial performance and profitability.

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project milestones and contractual obligations.





- Oversee contract administration, including RFIs, extensions of time, variations, and project documentation.

- Drive a positive safety culture by ensuring compliance with WHS legislation, company policies, and ISO standards.

- Conduct site visits, inspections, toolbox meetings, and performance reviews to maintain quality and operational excellence.

- Mentor and develop Project Supervisors and site teams, promoting continuous improvement and high performance.

- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to future business growth.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Project Management (or similar) and/or a minimum of three years' experience managing construction or maintenance projects.

- Trade qualification or trade background is highly regarded.

- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience using project management or job management software particularly Procore is highly regarded.

- Proven experience delivering projects within the construction, maintenance, or minor works industry.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, contract administration, and project financials.

- Sound understanding of construction contracts,



variations, RFIs, and extensions of time.

- Excellent leadership, planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

- Solid understanding of Australian WHS legislation and quality management systems.

- Experience delivering government or commercial contracts will be highly regarded.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
